The registration fee covers: participation in plenary, breakout and poster sessions, conference participant's materials and a book of conference proceedings, as well as coffee breaks.
Correspondence participants will not receive a book of conference proceedings. The digital version of the conference proceedings will be published on the conference website after the end of the conference.
Dear participants
If the registration fee is paid by a natural person (under an agreement with a natural person or by mail order or bank transfer), the supporting documentation will also be issued in the name of the natural person.
Participants are kindly asked to contact the accounts department of their institution to clarify which supporting documents they will need to produce.
The full set of documents (agreement, acceptance certificate, bill (if any) and invoice) confirming the registration fee payment will only be given if an agreement has been concluded with a natural or legal person.

PROCEDURE OF REGISTRATION FEE PAYMENT
I. Payment of the registration fee under an agreement with a legal person
1. A model agreement shall be concluded to pay the registration fee.
The originals of the agreement and acceptance certificates (two copies signed and stamped, without the agreement number and signing date) shall be either posted to the Organizing Committee's address:

or produced to the Organizing Committee upon arrival at the conference.
2. The conference participant shall also send a scanned copy of the signed agreement to the e-mail address rcct2024@isc-ras.ru.
3. After that, a bill will be sent to the participant's e-mail address.
4. The original documents (agreement, acceptance certificate, bill and invoice) will be given to the conference participants upon their arrival at the conference or posted to the correspondence participants.
5. The payment under the agreement can be also made by conference participants by mail order or bank transfer (without billing).
II. Registration fee payment under an agreement with a natural person

Please note: if the registration fee is paid under an agreement with a natural person, the receipt and other applicable documents will also be issued in the named of the natural person.

Participants are kindly asked to use the receipt template that can be found on the conference website to avoid mistakes in registration fee payments by mail order or bank transfer.

IV. Registration fee confirmation
To confirm the payment, conference participants should scan the receipt or payment order and save it in the jpg format (the file size should not be more than 1.5 MB; the file name should include the conference participant's last name and initials in English only (e.g., IvanovPS.jpg)) and send the scanned copy of the payment receipt to the Organizing Committee.
A copy of the payment receipt can be sent either to the Organizing Committee's e-mail address: rcct2024@isc-ras.ru or uploaded to the participant's conference account (in the jpg format) as follows:
First, attach the file to the registration form (see the "Registration fee" section).
Second, tick the appropriate field of the registration form to send your information to the website administrator.
Third, save changes in the registration form.

Copies of the documents confirming the registration fee payment shall be sent to the Organizing Committee's e-mail address or uploaded to the participant's account on the website.
