All the presentations, slides and posters shall be made IN ENGLISH.
Reports can be made in English or Russian.
When preparing oral reports, take into account the following:
- The file shall be produced on a USB-carrier (flash driver) and checked for viruses and spyware.
- The file with the presentation shall be prepared in the appropriate MS Office or Adobe Acrobat program;
- File formats: *.ppt, *.pptx, *.pdf;
- Slide format: landscape orientation;
- To make the presentation file size smaller, participants are urged to choose lower resolution for images and photos (640×480);
- If the presentation contains additional multimedia content, the multimedia files and the main file with the presentation shall be saved in the same folder.
If the materials do not comply with these rules, we cannot guarantee proper demonstration of the materials during the conference sessions.
